Private Fuel Storage, LLC (PFS) has filed an application with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to build a temporary storage facility for spent nuclear fuel on the Skull Valley Goshute Indian Reservation in western Utah. The licensing process will ensure that the proposed facility will meet all federal regulations designed to protect the safety of people and the environment. If you have questions or concerns about the project, we hope they will be answered in these FAQs. If you need further information, please see "Helpful Resources," which contains links to other online information. Or submit your question using the form in "Contact Us," and we will respond.
